Choir

MP Choir is open to all 5^th and 6^th grade students at Merriam Park Elementary. This wonderful group of students:
·      Performs with all other North area schools in the Shawnee Mission School District for the annual North                    Area Choral Festival at Shawnee Mission North High School in the fall.  
·      Performs with our 5^th and 6^th grade Band and Strings students at Merriam Park Elementary in December
·      Goes on a caroling field trip to our local community partners and senior living residences
·      Helps lead singing at our all-school winter sing-along in December
·      Performs at various special school events

Our MP choir members come to school at 7:30am on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays to rehearse and make beautiful music together!
